Getting Started

What services do you offer?

I specialize in lean RevOps systems for startups and small businesses using HubSpot, and automation tools. This includes CRM setup, HubSpot optimization, outbound workflows, RevOps strategy, and training.

Who do you work with?

Mostly startups, small businesses, and solo founders—especially those building purpose-driven or sustainable brands. If you're trying to grow without hiring too fast or wasting time on manual work, you're my kind of client.

How do I start working with you?

Simple: book a free strategy call or Fill out a form. We’ll discuss where you’re at, what’s holding you back, and how we can automate, clean up, or build smarter systems.

How much do your services cost?

Pricing is flexible depending on your scope. Most clients spend between £500–£3,000 per project. I also offer ongoing monthly support if needed. After an initial call, I’ll send a clear proposal with options that fit your budget.

Do you offer one-off projects or long-term support?

Both. I offer short-term audits and builds, as well as retainers for businesses that want me on call for continuous optimization, reporting, and automation rollouts.

HubSpot

What is HubSpot?

HubSpot is a powerful all-in-one platform that combines CRM, marketing automation, sales tools, customer service, and reporting. It’s built to help teams manage their customer journey in one place—from first click to closed deal and beyond.

Why should I use HubSpot?

HubSpot is intuitive, scalable, and packed with features for small and growing teams. Whether you’re running outbound campaigns or managing customer onboarding, HubSpot helps centralize your data and automate busywork—so you can focus on growth.

How do I get started with HubSpot?

You can start with HubSpot’s free CRM tools and scale up as needed. I help businesses set up their account, integrate other tools (like Gmail, Stripe, or Slack), migrate data, and design workflows that match their exact process—without overcomplicating things.

How do you work with HubSpot clients?

I handle everything from one-off audits and implementations to full-scale HubSpot builds. That includes deal pipelines, automation workflows, dashboard setup, sequences, and custom reporting. I also create video training so your team can hit the ground running.

Revenue Operations (RevOps)

What is RevOps?

Revenue Operations (RevOps) is the alignment of your sales, marketing, and customer success teams under one operating system. The goal is simple: grow revenue more efficiently by improving collaboration, process, and visibility across your entire funnel.

Why is RevOps important?

RevOps helps eliminate silos between departments, improves forecasting, and increases team efficiency. For small teams, it's often the difference between growing sustainably or burning out due to manual tasks and misalignment.

How do I implement RevOps?

You don’t need to hire a RevOps team from day one. Start by mapping your revenue journey (lead to close), identifying bottlenecks, and implementing systems like HubSpot and Make.com to automate and unify data. The key is to focus on visibility, consistency, and automation.

How do you help with RevOps?

I help startups and small businesses implement lean RevOps systems using HubSpot, Make.com, and AI-powered automations. This includes audit, strategy, tool setup, workflow design, and team enablement.
